Sarah Foster
My name is Sarah Foster and I have been teaching yoga for over 15 years. I have learned so much on my own personal yoga journey and nothing brings me more joy than spreading and sharing my passions with others.
Growing up I was a competitive soccer player. My childhood memories are mostly made up of being with my teammates, challenging and pushing myself to become better, and making magic on the soccer pitch. I played division one soccer and when I graduated my whole world felt like it had come to a crashing end. I knew I was not going to play professionally but playing soccer was all I knew. I quickly felt lost without a sport to poor myself into.
Yoga was my savior. After taking my first class I knew that yoga was going to be my new gift my magic. I quickly fell in love with the practice. I got certified through the Dayton method in 2012 and went on doing several more yoga certifications. I became a certified personal trainer through NASM, a spin instructor and went on to get certified in pilates. I love teaching high energy intense classes.
Sweating is my drug of choice!
