Class Types
- MANTRA Method- A unique yoga sculpt experience using many different props, such as weights, balls, resistance bands, body bars, and ankle weights. (ankle weights are not provided).
- Mantra Hot Pump- Yoga, weights, and cardio set to high-energy music to get you pumped up.
- Mantra Hot Flow- Hot vinyasa and hot 26 fusion class set to music. Each teacher will provide a different unique flow to uplift and heal your mind, body, and soul.
